Beautiful, runs small

The pluses Beautiful dress, love the fabric and color, also it is lined. The negatives, the band under the bust was very tight, I am a 34 B and always a small in every brand which is what I ordered, 5’8” 120 lbs. I did not refer to their size chart for measurements, my fault. I am returning for a medium. Also note that the sides under arms and also the back V is cut low, showing all of your bra, I will be wearing a bandeau bra underneath.

Must be tall-Beautiful Summer dress

Beautiful summer empress waist dress with lining. I am having to return it since it drags the floor. I ordered a Medium but I am 5'2" and 125 lbs. It's a little tight in the rib cage but it is too long on me. It's a beautiful dress and wished it fit me. On a taller slender person it would look smashing!
