This was my first experience buying shoes online and I couldn't be happier. I have wide, very hard to fit feet, which is not good news for someone who loves to dance! I have tried to buy shoes all over the U.S and Australia and had no luck getting something that looks great and is comfortable. So it was with trepidation that I decided to purchase online when I can't get shoes to fit in the store! The fact that I could choose my own heel height was a major bonus, and the chat function enabled me to talk to someone right away who resolved any of my concerns around how the shoe would fit. When the shoes arrived (right in time for a big Latin dance night!) I opened my package with sheer excitement and held my breath and...good god they actually fit! AND were comfortable! With the extensive range available it is a no brainer that I will be shopping with JJ's again! Thank you!
