This dress arrived within 4 weeks of ordering. I am very pleased with the quality. It is nicely made. The Lilac color was exactly as I expected. Unfortunately, my daughter is thicker through the middle so this style was not the most flattering on her. We decided to return the item an buy an empire waist dress from JJHouse site. I thought the return window was 30 days from the date of arrival of the product, but when I got on the website to initiate a return/ exchange I noticed the "return window is 14 days after arrival of the product." This concerned me since I was not thrilled how this dress looked on her because of her body type AND I do not have the resources to be out money for 2 dresses! I contacted customer service anyway. A customer service representative contacted me back within 24 hours with several viable options I could choose from to make this purchase right. I am so thankful! In the end, I had to pay $16 to ship this dress originally and will need to pay $7.99 for the return shipping, but they said they would give me a coupon for the full value of the dress to put towards the next dress we will purchase. Overall I am extremely satisfied with JJ House customer service and the quality of their products! I would recommend them to friends and family!

This is a beautiful dress. It came early and packaged well. The size was just right. My daughter is a runway fashion model and she used this dress for both a photo shoot , her promotional competition poster and she wad featured wearing it at her runway competition

We bought the dresses for our junior bridesmaids and we're very satisfied with the choice. The dresses are very well made, they have a lining and are of a really good quality. The color looks amazing, it is much more natural and toned than what we thought. As we chose a standard size, one of them is too long in the picture but some additional fitting was what we expected. We would definetely order both of the dresses again.

My daughter loved this dress. The dress has a slit that goes all the way up to the waist but that wasn't a problem at all. This dress has no many layers and such good quality that we didn't even have to worry about the slit.

Another stunner of a dress. I deliberately ordered larger than measurements to allow for growth, but this dress came and fit perfectly around the chest. Seems smaller than the other one we bought, even though both size 12! Very happy with the service and they arrived quickly.

JJshouse was very supportive in helping me find the right dress for my daughter to wear. And then when i got her to try it on again later and needed a bigger sizer they were very happy to help me with my problem. I would totally recommend this dress for a young girl. The waist was perfect on her and did not make her look too old or too young.
