The dress was absolutely perfect. The fabric is a lovely quality and the dress making can't be faulted. Exactly like the photos on the website. Always scary buying online, but my daughter and her friends used this site and all the dresses were great.
We had the dress custom made as my daughter is tiny, the fit was perfect. Exactly to the measurements
My daughter was so excited to wear this dress to her prom.

Loved the dress!
I was so worried I will not get it on time, but their customer service worked wonderfully! I explained them the situation and they sent it for delivery on the very same DAY !
It was very risky, because I didn't have much time before the event to make changes for the dress, in case something was wrong, but everything fit perfectly ! I made the order with my measurements, not the standard ones.
At the wedding I looked stunning (no bragging, just reality), however maybe the fabric could have been better quality. It did have that shiny look, I was after, but I was hoping maybe for more soft-textured fabric (nobody could tell, it is just to give a very detailed explication). Also the tailoring, loved it, loved it !
Girls, I know that there are bad reviews on JJ's house, and because of those, I hesitate to order. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything that I liked as much. I think that the key is not to expect free returns, check your measurements that you give 3 times (!) minimum and constantly keep in touch with the customer service, to make sure of the colour, fabric, delivery. Just let them know that your hopes and dreams are lying in their professionalism.

I bought this dress in hopes of wearing it to my Las Vegas wedding. I was worried ordering online. I bought this dress in size 18 and in size 20. The 20 was too large in the shoulder bust area and the 18 didn't zip up all the way. I was very impressed with the shipping time. They were here quickly. They were packaged beautifuly. I was also impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. Very heavy duty satin. Very nice. However, this particular design didn't flatter my figure at all. Ive decided to return the dresses and I will happily re-order from JJ's.
