Given the bad reviews I was really sceptical waiting for my dress expecting to open the box to a really bad quality product. However, I was very pleased. The product is as it says. I went for a standard size in case I didn't like it but now wishing I had of gone bespoke as will need to have it shortened. The only criticism I have is using white bra pads rather than black as will have to have this changed. Otherwise I'm happy. I'm wearing a size 12

JJ House is the best place for a special events the dresses are amazing!! It was my first time purchase from JJ HOUSE and I was amazed of the quality of the material and the dress was just perfect.

Greatly satisfied, shipping was fast, fabric IS GREAT quality. We ordered a dress on the sample sale. Completely worth the price! I'm a Seamstress and could never make this dress for $50. I altered the dress to fit my daughter and was impressed with the quality of dressmaking. Seams are generous, finished and precisely stitched. Will order again.

I wanted the perfect dress for my class reunion. It was my first time seeing my classmates in 20 years. Saturday night we were have a black tie dinner and dance and I wanted a dress that would turn heads. After looking for a while on the website I found the perfect dress. However, because of some negative reviews I had read I was leery of buying a dress on the internet. I talked to a customer service agent via chat who assured me that the dress would arrive on time and gave me an estimated time of arrival, the quality of the materials were as shown and that the size chart was "true to size." So nervously I ordered the dress and prayed for the best. It arrived 2 days earlier than promised, the dress was beautiful. The materials were high quality lace and satin. It fit perfectly. The only alteration was that I had to hem the back and have it professionally steam ironed.I can truly say that I felt like Cinderella. I got so many compliments on my dress. I will be ordering again.

I ordered this dress, shoes and a bag and I am really satisfied with all items. The dress' color (stormy) is beautiful, interesting and fits well with other colors. The material is thick and quality (satin skirt, as well as the top lace with sequins). The sleeves need to be adapted to my upper arms a bit (even for custom sizes, measurement of the arms is not taken), but nevertheless, the sewing is well-made and detailed.
I really like how the on-line store is designed and offers multiple-choice filters to enable you to narrow down the search and find exactly what you are looking for. Great store and service!

I ordered this dress for my wedding reception against many advice from family who rather me get a dress from a boutique in my area. I ordered a custom size which came perfect. This dress is so beautiful. The dress fit me perfectly. The only problem was the white bra pads they did not fit and you could see them thru the dress, but I had them taken out. The color was really navy, and the material was good quality. Also they shipped my order in good time.
