My dress arrived my faster than expected!
I ordered the size I normally wear and was worried it might be a bit small, however it fits perfectly!
I have ordered this as my wedding dress and I absolutely feel like a queen!!
The quality is impeccable and the skin tone mesh stretches nicely so the buttons can do up.
The length is perfect even though I am on the shorter side.
I could have gone one size up for my breasts sake, but that is just because I am breastfeeding at the moment.

I'm very happy with this dress. I knew I was cutting it close when I ordered it for a gala I was attending end of April (which ultimately ended up being postponed until October anyway, go figure), but it arrived in time. And since I'd never ordered from jjshouse.com, I wasn't sure what quality to expect, or the sizing. The quality is excellent, I'm very pleased, and the size is perfect. Without a doubt, I will definitely be ordering from jjshouse again. I'm pretty excited about this gown and look forward to buying more gowns and dresses here in the future!

PERFECTION

The quality of this dress is impeccable. Not to mention the convenience of taking your own measurements in your own home and getting a custom gown delivered to your door is AMAZING. The applique work is BEAUTIFUL. It fits perfectly and makes me look like a QUEEN. I am a tall woman, 6ft since 13 with a lot of hip and boob. Size H bra and the built in bra does the job PERFECTLY! My well endowed sisters need not worry. As long as your measurements are on point, the gown will fit you like a glove. Thank you JJS House for perfectly creating the gown of my dreams. I can't wait for my sons wedding!! Shipping was quick too. This is my 3rd gown by JJs House and they were ALL perfect.

Gorgeous and comfortable

The quality of the dress is superb, considering the very affordable cost. You need to take measurements because the sizes do NOT correspond to US sizes. I normally wear a size 8, so I ordered a size 10 and had to lose 10 pounds to fit in the dress before the event, so I probably should have ordered a 12. But, I wanted to lose weight anyway, so it worked out! The dress is very well made and gorgeous! I got a lot of compliments on it. I wore it to The People's Choice Awards 2019.

Great dress! Too big on me but beautiful

TL;DR It's a really well-made, lovely dress but big.

I ordered the wrong size, I think; the dress is HUGE. (Details on this towards the end.) I ordered an 18W but I think I'll replace it with a 16.

Other than the size issue, the dress is really lovely! It's designed to hang past the toes and pool on the floor. (There is a pic of this.) I may shorten it to just above floor-length in the front only, for walking purposes.

The details that didn't show up on my monitor-size pics were such a nice surprise. For example, there are pleats at the shoulder. They are covered when the cape is forward, but show when the cape is pushed back. Such a lovely detail!

The fabric is nice, smooth and flowing. The lace is really beautiful! It makes the dress look more expensive than it was.

The dress is generally very well-made. (I love to sew couture garments so take my comments with a grain of OCD salt.)
One finishing note: there is a little point of the lace, maybe 1/4", on the bodice that didn't get wrapped around the edge of neckline and tacked to the inside of the bodice. Where it's located, I'd have had to fiddle with the illusion in the cleavage to get it tacked properly.
One construction note: the only thing that was unusual to me was that the inner portion of the skirt was made by folding a length of fabric and attaching the edges to the waist. So it's one piece of fabric that creates, in effect, two layers of skirt. (I have no idea if I'm describing this well...)

The back has buttons. The buttons are hard to do by myself; I'll definitely be asking for help with those! Also, other reviewers noted that they got extra buttons but I didn't get any.

Size details: I'm only looking at waist, bust, underbust, and shoulder fit. FYI, "ease" is the extra amount of garment that's allowed so that the wearer is comfortable and can move around in it. This dress is fitted, so ease should be less for this dress than for a garment that's designed to fit loosely.

Waist: 5-7" of ease. Normally, waist ease would be 1" but might be as much as 2".
(I had between 6 and 8" of ease. My waist is 1" smaller than the size-chart measurements.)

Bust: 4 1/4 " of ease. Normally, ease for bust in a sleeveless garment would be 1 1/2" to 2"
(On me, I had 6" of ease. My bust is 1 3/4" smaller than the size-chart measurements.)

Underbust: 7" of ease for me. (There is no size-chart measurement for the underbust, so I can't say how it fits compared to the chart; my underbust is 37".) This was the measurement that really didn't didn't do the dress justice: the underbust really needs to fit well to make it look good.

Shoulders: too wide; they slide off my shoulders if I'm not careful how I move. I think this may be the result of buying a Women's size; this is the main reason I'm going with a 16 instead of a 16W for my replacement.

I'm looking forward to wearing my replacement! It's really lovely and I think will be really flattering.

This dress is stunning. Has a medieval feel to it which was perfect for our wedding vow renewal Halloween night at Dracula's Castle in Romania. The material flows when you walk and ALL eyes will be on you.
Be true to your size and make sure you measure and you will not have any problems. LOVE this dress!!

This dress is beautiful, fits very well, and the material is very high quality! I love how it looks once it's on and the sequin pattern on the bodice sets off the waist and looks amazing! The material coming off the shoulders and down the back is very elegant as well.
