Beautiful Dress, but I will need Custom Sizing

This is an absolutely gorgeous dress and although my measurements are size 18, and I spoke to customer service on chat about getting the right size, unfortunately I will need custom sizing for the dress to fit me properly. The Customer Assistants on the chat function have all been great and very helpful. But with dresses you really have to try them on before you can tell if they fit.

The colour is even more beautiful than in the photo, it is a true Royal Blue.

I am not satisfied with my product. In fact, I believe I was sent the wrong item. It looks close but not what's in the picture which is the only thing I can go off of and why I purchased the item. The material is fine, and the fit is ok. I would need to get it taken in a bit in the waist. I couldn't go to a lower size because the the rest of the upper body would no longer fit.
