SUPER happy with dress, not sure shipping costs are justified

Looks EXACTLY like the picture and fits beautifully! Cant wait to wear this for a special occasion!My main issue is with the shipping cost. When I got this order the shipping charge was $66 and I got $30 off due to a discount from a previous order. This order came in a regular box that shouldn't cost more than $25 to ship, plus other websites give you free shipping if you order over $100 and I paid more than $300 for this order. So I prefer to look around on other websites for similar clothes.

I received the dress before the scheduled delivery time, I was gladly surprised. Also the packaging was perfect, avoiding awkward paper or boxes! The dress is beautifully made, the material and details make it look glamorous and much more expensive than the price I had paid. So i am very pleased with it and I will certainly become a regular customer at JJHouse. The only small criticism I may have is that the colour of the dress looks white to me although my choice had been ivory. For me ivory has a yellowish quality but the dress is a bridal white! Also, the dress should be a little tighter on the hips, and perhaps a little shorter, but this is my fault since I preferred it to be larger than smaller. Do not hesitate to provide your exact measurements and sizes, because you will receive exactly what you had ordered. Still, this is a very satisfactory purchase.

The dress is well made. It has heavy material, so it doesn't look cheap. I'm happy with the quality and fit. The zipper is a little tricky (would get hung up around the waste. Good quality dress, though.

I received my beautiful dress within 2 weeks of ordering it and I am really thrilled at the outcome! I was a bit sceptical about ordering a dress online, particularly one that I had never seen and having never done before.
I was ecstatic when I took the dress out of the carefully wrapped box and thought at the time that a lot of care and attention has gone into ensuring that I received the dress in perfect condition. I popped the dress on and it fit perfectly against my measurements - no alterations required! This is a bonus to me.
I am thankful that this exercise has worked out and I have referred many of the people at work to this website as we have a big function coming up this year and we are all wanting something "different" from what can be purchased locally. I am glad I came across this website when searching for a black evening dress!

Thank you JJ's House. This dress is so beautiful. I'm very please of the way it turn out. I do advise people to size up. I wear a size 10 , but ordered an size 12 (not custom) in the color black. The fit is right on! I plan to place another order your company along with the accessories (scarf, jacket, etc.). I plan to submit a picture within the next week or so.
