It's a very beautiful dress! It is a heavier dress with thick lining; my son's wedding is in March, so it'll be fine. I ordered a size up from what I normally wear based on the other reviews & going by the sizing guide. I gave 4 stars because I will have to have some alterations. It's too long; I'm 5 ft 9" & will be wearing flats & the waist is too low, so plan to take up fabric near bust & hem the lace.

Absolutely stunning dress, i ordered custom made and am very pleased with the dress, cannot wait to wear it for my daughters wedding in may. I was weary of the colour coming right as ordered it in taupe but this came in very light compared to the image. However the stormy is gorgeous....Love it

My custom-sized dress arrived very quickly.It was well packaged - very little creasing which should come out with a light steaming. It fits perfectly.Sadly the hemline of the skirt will need some attention as the lace is fragile and there area few snapped threads in 2-3 places so will need to sew before wearing.The lining is also a little darker than appears online- more champagne than ivory or cream, so I will need to rethink my accessories.However the dress is beautiful and look forward to wearing it as Mother of the Bride in a few weeks

This dress is simply amazing!! It emphasizes curves and gives the appearance of a slimmer me! It has exceeded my expectations in the quality of the material and the workmanship leaves nothing more to be desired. The dress was confectioned exactly per the measurements and arrived under 3 weeks after I placed my order. The representatives in the chats answered my every question. I placed a custom order because I needed the lining in black. The photos are of a size 16 right out of the box. Only the chiffon cape arrived a little wrinkled. I'm 5'7" 162 lbs. I hope to send better photos after my daughter's wedding in January but for now you have an idea of the beautiful lace with slight sheen and the beaded accent at the waist. This is my second dress from JJ's. Choose carefully and you will not be disappointed.
