I have based my rating on the quick delivery time and the prize and quality of material. As for the dress I score a rating of good as there is little things that could have been paid better attention too, like the hand stitching is very loose.

I ordered this dress as custom made, and it fits well.
The shoulder straps just need to be adjusted a little as slightly too long, but a minor fix.
